We went in for lunch on Saturday. Place was empty, but it looked like the had good delivery business going. Downtown is pretty dead on the weekends, so lack of customers wasn't surprising.
Living in Houston and having Pho all the time I had to try the crawfish pho. I automatically put some sriracha and hoisin in. It did not need the extra spice. I should have tried it first. It was really good, and a bit different. They kinda skimp on the noodles. Dude, rice noodles are cheap. Throw some more in there.
My friend had the seafood curry. He threw in some extra spice that he didn't need. Having said that, he picked up the bowl to get every last bit.
I would visit again -

Been here twice in the last month. The food has been fairly good, but the service is very uneven.
On my first visit, my spouse and I turned in our orders. She ordered the boneless chicken tenders, and I ordered the shrimp po boy. We also ordered the shrimp egg rolls as a starter. The egg rolls arrived about 15 to 20 mins. after we ordered. They were not egg rolls per se, but jumbo shrimp wrapped lengthwise with a won ton and deep fried. Unsightly, but tasty. My wife's chicken tenders came out while we were still eating our appetizer. They were run of the mill, fast food quality, but what can one expect ordering chicken tenders in a Viet-cajun restaurant?
My po boy did not come out for a full 20 minutes after my spouse received her food! In the mean time, the waitress didn't check on us, tell me my food was delayed... no communication at all. Finally she brought out my sandwich after my wife had long finished her meal. No apology, no word of explanation, nothing. The sandwich was pretty good, with a zesty sauce, though the whole experience of first watching my wife eat and then she watching me eat was disconcerting.
My second visit came a couple weeks later at lunch with a friend who wanted to try it. Po boys were BOGO so we got two for the price of one! Again, the sandwiches were very tasty, and this time they came out together, though we waited about 25 mins. after we ordered to receive our food. Thank goodness we weren't expected back at work!
Overall, good food. Will try again. Service needs some training. Also, though there is a 30 foot long bar alongside one side of the restaurant, don't look for a drink or beer here--no alcohol license. -

Came here about 8p.m. on a Friday night and they weren't packed, hell they weren't busy at all. After seeing many post on facebook about their crawfish being $8.99 a lb I decided to give them another try. The 1st vist wasn't that great at all. But they have greatly improved. The waitress was attentive but never gave me and my friend water. Maybe because we already showed up with drinks in hand. But the drinks were almost empty. But still a glass of water would've still been nice to have.
The owner greeted us and was very nice. And no, I do not know the owners. Even though many people say all asians know each other. I swear, I don't know them.
I ordered a lbs of garlic butter with a little bit of cajun seasoning and it did not disappoint. Nice and flavorful. And not to mention, the crawfish was fresh. And trust me, you know what fresh seafood taste like after years of eating it. Bottom line I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the fresh crawfish. -

While traveling we found this little place close to our hotel. At first we almost drove right past it, the parking was in the back. It was pretty empty when we got inside but the guy who met us at the doorway was friendly. I was with a group & most people wanted seafood. The guy helping us let us know his normal server was out sick but he was going to do his best to accommodate our party of 10. Our food came out at different times but they also brought out complimentary appetizers for our wait. The menu is Seafood & Chinese mixture. We had a variety but EVERYONE agreed that their food was really good. From the Fried Catfish to the Shrimp Fried Rice. The Food was Good & although we had the server running around like crazy, he was very kind & accommodating all the way down to providing one of us with a fingernail file. Don't sleep on this place Wichita... It's a Little Gem!
